Pineapple Party Punch

You’ve seen pineapples in drinks – try drinks in actual pineapples!

Cocktails are even more fun when you get creative with the tumbler you put them in. This edible art is not only adorable to drink, but tasty down to the core. I love that this drink is biodegradable which means zero time in the kitchen scrubbing dishes and more time to enjoy this fruity punch with family and friends.

Pineapple Directions

1) Take a whole chilled pineapple and chop off the top, removing the green leaves. I cut about two inches off the top of the pineapple {please be very careful when using a sharp knife}. I set aside the top of the pineapple to use as a garnish for later.

2) Use a pineapple corer to remove the inside of the pineapple. Here’s a tip: If you don’t have a pineapple corer, just run a knife in a circle around the inside of the pineapple, about a half inch inside the skin, going down to the bottom part of the pineapple where it gets hard and firm. Remember to be careful not to cut to far down breaking the bottom.

3) Use a large spoon to scoop out the insides and set those aside, either to eat or enjoy in your drink later.

2)  I added one Crystal Light Stick (Pink Lemonade). Stir until all the powered is dissolved
